Just a question on a security ban and an appeal for it

hello i am asking a question on behalf of my other minecraft account that was banned because of "suspicious activity". I was using Proton VPN accidentally (was meant to be using a mobile hotspot) which I know of can get you banned. I have tried to create an appeal form on the forums but it doesn't let me, giving me a link to to fill out another form of Hypixel Support Request.
