Players can now forcefully remove tenants.
The land needs to pay all costs back to the tenant. This should prevent simple abuse.
A confirmation message will show up, asking if they really want to pay the compensation in order to remove the tenant.

This version includes the WIP Nations feature. This a early pre-release. Please do not use it on live servers yet.
