Lifesteal enchantment may work on magic attacks (ability damage)

i have seen a lot of debates about this before.

there are people who said yes, there are people who said no.

so i just did some testing again to ensure it is true or not. in the clips, i had a static 147 vitality, 269.5 health regen, armor-less and equipment-less. i used spirit scepter's ability as an example of all magic attacks in general.
