Link Steam & push Steam64 into custom user field

What I am looking for is an addon that will allow a user to "connect" their Steam account and it will push their Steam64 ID into a custom user field.

There is [TH] Connected Account Providers but it has no option to push the connected users Steam64 into a custom user field.
