[Looking for Advice] RCM T4 Voidgloom / Eman Slayer

Hi,

I can consistently beat T3 enderman but often either run out of time or die to T4. Also mana is often an issue. I was wondering what gear I should get in order to do the boss. I am curious about armor and other gear. What armor is recommended? FD? Aurora (I don't have many Kuudra completions)? Wither googles? Also I heard that Refrigerate is probably a good enchantment...should I get it? If so, what tier & what piece of armor should I put it on?
