Currently, you unlock the Angel's Brewery at level 25, but the earliest you can actually brew anything is level 30. And that potion isn't even really viable until you unlock the next potion at level 35.
I suggest lowering the requirement for every potion by 5 levels. That way when you unlock the Brewery you also unlock the ability to, y'know, use it.
Currently, the potion level requirements are 30/35/40/45/50/55/60. With this change it will be 25/30/35/40/45/50/55.
