Make an npc with the ability to give items as collateral and they give you coins. To make it fair make an intrest system where say you give an item worth 1 billion coins, in return you are given 950 million coins and have to pay 1.05 billion coins back to the npc. In order to balance it and make it not just a place where people try to instasell coins you could make it give less coins than the item is worth and make the minimum value of item you can give to the npc 50 million or higher.
