Make accessory disablement consistent

I can turn things like blood chalice on/off right in accessory bag, but I can't do so for personal compactor/deleter or the night vision charm. It would be great if we could make those all be consistent. Otherwise if I want to disable night vision I have to turn off the effect from booster cookie and then remove the charm from the bag. It would be easier to just right-click to disable it.

As an alternate to turning the personal compator/deleter on/off from the bag, if we could right-click...
