Make snow minions salvage-able for ice essence

For quite a while now, there's been an excess of snow minions, which aren't needed. Snow itself has very limited uses, and the minions aren't exactly the best anymore for money. This would give the minions another use, one which I think people who've hoarded these minions will appreciate. I think a good amount would be 5 ice essence, considering how much snow gear gives.
