Make the Health like Star Sentries have a separate stat

You know the Health thing for Star Sentries and Spooky mobs have? Well what if the Health they have is a separate stat? This stat would be called "True Health" and would be like what Star Sentries and Spooky mobs and Golden Goblins have. And, maybe for players, would regenerate True Health every 10 seconds of not being at full True Health.
