Melon/Pumpkin Stem Blockstates?

You know how when a Melon or Pumpkin grows, the stem bends to the adjacent block on which the fruit grows? I wanted to use this 'bent stem' to build something in Housing, but as far as I can tell there is no way to obtain this block because the random tick speed is locked at 0 and clicking with the Housing Menu Item won't work either. Does anybody know how to get a bent Melon/Pumpkin stem in Hypixel Housing?
