This is a Staff Evaluation Document I used as a Manager for a Minecraft Server. Due to them deciding to not want to pay me further and undercut my pay from my last paycheck, I am releasing all of the information I have from them. Here is a document I have made for the server, and now I am making it available to everyone. You can copy and paste this document into your own google document.
