Mod Conflict with HOTM shift Click.

I noticed recently that the shift-click on the HOTM does not work for me when adding 10 levels. Now I know the feature still works because I'm able to go into vanilla and still use the feature and when I ask in mining lobbies it works for some and not others. While it works for most on BLC it seems to break for most on forge. Now I'm was was just wondering if anyone has figured out which mod in general may conflict with the HOTM interface.
