My account is gone for no reason!

Someone Please Help me yesterday i didnt open my minecraft because of some network issues so today when i opened it and joined hypixel and went to skyblock this weird thing happened and now i'm on brand new profile to be specific kiwi and my old profile is nowhere to be found my old profile which was on grapes but when i try to switch in settings it says that my profile is 1year old but account is totally changed someone please help me mention admins or something please fix this up this is...
