My Scuffed Ideas on how to prevent bedwars from dying

I have compiled a list of ideas I have for the problem that we all face--new players join a bedwars game, get flawless by a random 500 star, leave, and never come back again. This will happen (however slowly) and will slowly decrease the queue rate to just 4 player sweat parties (i am guilty of this myself.)
