Necron Tanking and Tank pet questions

I've been making somewhat of a detailed research about what pet to choose for a low cata Tank (C27) that's not Ender Dragon or Gold Dragon due to "financial" reasons and at what floor/point can or should I start Necron tanking.

So far I've seen that the following pets were most discussed and mentioned:

- For clear in a clear set (Necron/Juju), Ankylosaurus or Skeleton
