Need a little help with functions

I've recently started playing housing again after not being on for a couple years, I'm amazed with the new updates and wanted to play around with them...
So, a couple days ago I managed to create a function where you click a certain item and it performs an action, today I just cannot make any function with a "condition" to work, what am I doing wrong?
