The plugin I request, is called NetworkLevels and its available for 8,99$ at https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/networklevels.46808/. If anybody could provide it, it would be a great help for me and everybody else who searches for a nice leveling plugin for their server.
I also checked out levels system, wich is another level plugin, but it is broken and the developer does not support it anymore.
