Neu Custom Enchants

So if you already do not know, Not Enough Updates basically has this feature where you can make different tiers of enchants different colours. As most people do, aswell as me, The maxed enchant colour is rainbow (Chroma).

But ive seen, that some maxed enchants are not rainbow even though they are at the maxed tier. I'd love if somebody has a solution for this, a solution that do make those enchants chroma.
