New Stat: Dodge Chance

Seeing Agility Potion and Dodge Potion, I wondered what if it was a stat.
My idea is to add a new stat called "Dodge Chance", which would be the chance to dodge an attack. For an example, if you had 10 Dodge Chance, you would have a 10% chance of dodging an attack. Of course, True Damage would ignore dodging. Also, Dodge Chance would have a cap of 100%.
Here are my ideas on getting dodge chance:

• Dodge Potion gives +5 Dodge Chance every level.
• Agility Potion gives +5 Dodge Chance...
