Reason for updating: The plugin supports 1.13 now and blackspigot resources could easily be updated (plugin got updated today (17/02/19)), also I've been using the latest version available from blackspigot for my own personal servers and an update would be convenient and appreciated xD

One day I wanted to buy the plugin but I saw that PayPal gave an error. Yesterday, talk to the creator. And he said he had disabled PayPal because he is doing one called ItemAdder. And that I was going to focus on the programming of the plugin. If someone does not have it, it's going to be complicated. I'm looking forward to the plugin.
