No boss bar when an event start…

Hi,
I notice this yesterday but when an event start, the boss bar doesn't show up. I heard by a friends that bug come from Skytils, this is true ? Did you know why and how to resolve it ? Here is prove of what I'm talking about, my mod folder and modules folder of Chattrigers. The facts is, on vanilla it’s worked, when an event start a boss bar spawn with it, at each time. Can you help me to solve it please ?
