No joke I have Amazing wifi but have 30000ms in hypixel

I live in asia and sometimes when i log into hypixel i reach over 30000 ms despite having over 300Mbs for wifi. this happens more then 50% of the time when i go into hypixel i dont know the reasno why. usually i have around 250-300 ms which im happy with but i just dont know why i lag this much in hypixel. In every other minecraft server i have really good ping. Please can someone help me, tell me why this happens, and provide and solution thx.
