Please crack this plugin:
make it player cant see server plugins
with this commands:
/bukkit:help_/bukkit:Help_/bukkit:?_/?_/pl_/plugins_/bukkitl_/bukkitlugins
And only rank Owner can see the plugins
PLEASE GUIS DO IT FOR ME DDDD

Before anything else, you're not following the correct format so your request will be ignored. Also, the plugin you are requesting doesn't need to be nulled because it is already free. Just download it from the link you posted.
