not being discounted for suits in event shop??

during the summertime event shop, iirc I was discounted for the pieces of suits I already own, on top of the 25% discount I had. however, this time around, that isn't the case?

is this a bug or intentional? shouldnt i get 50% off or something of the sort (on top of the existing discount) for already owning half of the suit?
