Ok, i need urgent help right now

i am beyond screwed right now. i accidentally gave out my auth to the hypixel discord bot, some latina girl took it and went into my account. if it matters, it was a non. the worst part is that it says "logged in from another location" and now my microsoft account got deleted or got taken by an account that has "graciaspapi" in it and i got an alert that it got deleted. please help me.
