Opinions on derpy?

I'd like to see the community's opinion on derpy
Honestly I'd say he's the worst special mayor (if we don't count dante cuz he's impossible to rank, like do we consider the mayors after his event or just his perks or what) in my opinion (feel free to disagree)
My reasoning in short is:
Lack of new content/items
Slowing down most combat related task with minimal benefits
no benefits or slowing down most the popular money making methods
most skills aren't worth doing during derpy exclusively...
