Pigman Buff Proposal Based on Community Feedback

Hello, after my last post I have read through comments and suggestions and I am going to list out the most popular changes people want to see done to Pigman. Obviously not all of these buffs are needed, one or two are all that is necessary for Pigman in it's current state.

Pigman's Kit:

1. Give protection 1 to the chest plate.
2. Give fire protection to the chest plate.

Burning Soul:

1. Increase the damage on hit from 25% to 50% capped at 2 or 3 hits for quicker...
