please balance dye chances a bit

Right now I feel like some of the dyes are way to common and some are way too rare.

some dyes that are too common:
Nyanza dye, became stupidly common with multiple drops a day. I think nerf chances to like 1/500k or 1/750k from commissions, 1/250k is just way to common especially with how popular mining is.
Nadeshiko dye, stupidly common in experiments, make it like 1/100k or 1/200k. (its only like 100m now?!?!?!)
These are the two i can think of on the top of my head that is too common...
