First off, this isn't really meant as a suggestion. I have just seen many empty requests for some way to split up a house and a potential solution occurred to me. Is it great? I don't know, there's still a lot to figure out and it could be really bad for all I know. This is mainly to strike up some discussion of how creators would specifically want it implemented. I also haven't made a huge effort to make the post pretty because I'm not that invested in the idea.
