I guess they introduced copper in large quantities with the copper golem in mind. So they gave us a lot of copper.
But we got the allay, instead, so now we're stuck with preposterous amounts of copper that cease to have a practical use the moment you craft *one* spyglass and a handful of lightning rods.
With 1.18 I've decided to start over in a new world. Hurray!
But now I have several stacks of copper ingots, many *blocks* of raw copper, and only barely two stacks of iron ingots. Even lapis lazuli is more common than iron, I already have over half a stack of whole blocks of it!!
Am I unlucky, or this is normality, now?
