PrisonCells error

Whenever i have created a cell, i set a sign and type /cell setsign (Name) and it gives me this error

You need the latest WorldGuard & WorldEdit. Also, Vault and a form of economy plugin are required. An economy plugin could be Essentials, iConomy, BoseEconomy or anything else that vault supports."

Try adding the latest WorldGuard & WorldEdit, + Vault, + Essentials.
