How it would contribute towards the betterment of the community: I know there is already ProQuests, but it is quite outdated and people need it for it to work on 1.12 servers. It would contribute great to Factions, Skyblock, Survival, KitPVP & RPG servers.

Yes, but like I said in the post it is outdated, not for 1.12.

Its owned by InactiveResource which means it won't be getting updates.
