Raids disguised as players (freebuilds)

Full Disclaimer: This post is about a more niche topic in the subject of housing
I've seen a few cases lately (at least impacting my freebuild housing) of raids disguised as playing.

This is how the scheme works:

1. They join in with a group.
2. They begin to play and (at least in the latest case) edit another one's build, or "help" it.
3. Then, all of a sudden, they begin griefing that build. And maybe others.
