Hello,
I was wondering, if I buy Ultimate do I get access to all the supporter ressources?
And second,
If I buy Ultimate on BlackSpigot, do I get Ultimate on NulledBuilds as well?

No you won't get them since Ultimate is separated from Supporter.

NulledBuilds don't have the same account upgrades and NB accounts are not linked with the one on BlackSpigot. So no you won't get any of BlackSpigot upgrades on NulledBuilds.
