Rebalancing the T5 Vampire

The T5 Vampire Slayer is really hard (so hard that one tiny lag spike can kill you), so I have came up with some rebalances for the T5 Vampire boss.

Twinclaws: 8❤ -> 8❤ (stays the same)
Mania: 15❤ -> 7.5❤
Impel: 20❤ -> 7.5❤

Killer Spring is fine because it has Killer in the name, and Blood Ichor is pretty easy to deal with
