Remove Speed II From Mini

Mini SkyWars has rapidly declined in its popularity since release, in a manner not seen in other modes in SkyWars since the Angel's Rebirth update.

I do not explicitly know the motivating reasons for other players retreating from Mini. However, I certainly can speculate as an 83 star.

My issue with Ranked (now Mini) has always been the non-broadbased inclusion of Speed II potions. If you are without the effect and fighting a player who does have it, it is a rather unbalanced fight. You...
