• What is the problem with it? : It contains some kind of crap that turn all plugins in plugin folder in to 0 KB (Like JustDance's Resource that has been deleted already)

I can verify this happens, this flat file then needs deleting to restart/start the server due to spigot requires the folder. please remove this so no one has to go though the pain!
