Revert Shen's auction changes

In the current alpha the requirements to participate in Shen's auctions and specials have been changed to 1200xp gained through museum and 2000xp gained through museum. While I do think this new rewards system is nice, and works well for things like the bank upgrades and the Hex, I think for Shen's auctions and specials the requirements should still be museum value.
