Revert the Vertical and Horizontal Double Jump Strength value

Previously, about a year ago there was a subtle change to the vertical and horizontal values of double jump. While a seemingly harmless change I have not found it to be in anywhere of the housing update notes. I've reported it as a bug May 4, 2024 over a year ago and have not received a response. More over most people seem to not have known or care about this particular bug. But I do not believe that double jump should be able to launch you vertically upwards for free.
