Considering these are end game items, they should be more useful for how hard the requirements are, as well as the expensive cost. My proposal is to rework the stats on the cloak to make it the best cloak equipment for slayers. The proposed new stats for the destruction/annihilation cloak could be:
+40/80 HP
+20/25 STR
+20/25 CD
+2.5/5 Combat Wisdom
Perk(s): Heal 1/2% HP per second. Gain 0.5/1 Magic Find on slayer bosses for each Blaze Slayer LVL unlocked.
