Scary Grimoire not obtainable?

Today i was getting the book "Shadows indicate riddles, illuminating unseen stars" from Sirius.

I tried to give the book to Tyashoi Alchemist, but it's not working. The alchemist just opens the shop if i right click with to book on him.

I only want to unlock the enchantment book "Great Spook I"


Anyone else got this problem?

It's an ironman profile thats why i need it.
