Secret counter reset after inactivity

On skycrypt and NEU PV it shows my secrets as 8k while it is definitely way higher than that, before I quit, I had around 12k secrets, so I figured skycrypt might have reset my secrets, I checked skytils PV and it says I have 20k (ik its not impressive but that's not my point). I was wondering if anyone else had this problem or if they know how to fix it.
