My idea on a shark revamp

Shark by many has been deemed as the worst class in the game and to my surprise not a single balance patch has been done in the recent update. I still think it’s in desperation for something. It currently sits in an akward position where it doesn’t deal enough damage to properly kill tanky classes (golem, zombie). But isn’t tanky enough to survive well in teamfights.
