Sibling account banned, will my account be affected?

Follow up of my other post of @Exiled_13 (my sibling) being banned despite using lunar client. Still a whole lot of theories possible although the massive lag spike might be the issue. Anyways, we share a PC to play. My account is on this PC and I will like to ask if it will be affected. Is the IPs banned or just the account. Not sure if things have changed.
