slight mender rework

been meaning to say this for a while but u know how mender hat/fedora/crown just gives hp and mending outside dungeons. point is to help heal others but i feel like it should give at least some vitality (maybe like 50, and the rest of the 50 granted in dungeons) outside of dungeons bc its literally never used outside bc even a zombie heart is superior

and also buff mender crown. 50 hp diff really isnt a lot (and for 5m. no rarity upgrade or any other stats) especially considering dheads alr...
