Smp command block help needed

[JCXC]

I want to create a command which makes it so whenever someone enters the plains biome for example, a boss bar that says "Wilderness" for example would appear, and after leaving the plains biome it would disappear. I know how to create boss bars and how to name them, etc, but i'm clueless on how to make it so it would only appear exclusively when entering a specific biome along with the boss bar disappearing when the player leaves that biome.
