I have a problem with this line once i complete the install:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'DEBUGGING' (T_STRING), expecting ')' in C:\xampp\htdocs\includes\config.php on line 7

Do you know what the problem is or suggest on hwo to fix it?

EDIT:

Nevermind, the problem was how the config.php was set. The problem I had was on Line 6:

PHP: 
define("SYS_URL", "http://localhost\");

Which set off the config error and displaced the coding format for that file.

Simple fix, just get rid of the \ in the back of the url.

Example:

PHP: 
define("SYS_URL", "http://localhost");
