Stop Music - A tool to interrupt music played by /playsound

This was created by another person on the minecraft forums. I recently stumbled upon and thought i'd share it because this could be very useful for server owners who are trying to create servers with custom music and cinematics. It allows you to interrupt a music track and stop it completely and this would allow you to play a new track afterwards without having two separate tracks playing over each other.
