Stuck after 4 years hiatus

Hi!
I have been struggling to keep up with the game because I stopped playing 4 years ago
I got back into sb a few days ago and it's overwhelming.
I have full superior dragon and aotd and I don't know how to progress any further because most items are behind a dungeon requirement wall and i can't even get past floor 2

So I need suggestions on what to get/do next cause I'm considering quitting for good lol.
